Is it really always listening?
Yes. That’s how it remembers what was said and gets things done without you asking. Power it off anytime and it stops listening.
Does it capture the people around me?
Yes. It hears what you hear, so the people you talk with are part of your memories. What it hears is used only to help you. It’s never sold and never used for ads, and you can delete any conversation in the app. Some places require everyone’s consent to record, so let people know when it matters.
How can it protect my privacy?
You stay in control. Everything is encrypted on its way to our servers, you can delete any conversation or your whole account anytime, and it stops listening when you power it off.
Who can see what Vexo hears?
Your conversations are private to your account. They’re used only to help you, never sold or used for ads, and connected apps only get what you approve.
What can Vexo do for me?
It remembers your conversations and gets things done in the apps you already use, like Gmail, Google Calendar, Notion and GitHub.
Do I need my phone?
Yes. Vexo connects to your phone over Bluetooth and works through the Vexo app.
Does it need Wi-Fi?
No. The band talks to your phone over Bluetooth and uses your phone’s internet, on Wi-Fi or cellular.
Does it track my health?
It senses heart rate, skin temperature and motion. Vexo is a wellness product, not a medical device.
When will it ship?
Shipping starts December 2, and we’ll keep you updated until it arrives.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Cancel any time before it ships for a full refund. Just email info@vexoai.com.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
It’s deleted. Email info@vexoai.com and we’ll erase your account along with your conversations, health data and profile. You can also delete single conversations in the app anytime.
